We pour a lot of care into crafting your custom skateboard wall art, and we want you to love what you receive! Because each piece is made from scratch just for you, here’s what you need to know about returns and refunds.

What to Expect from Your Art

Every skateboard piece is one-of-a-kind, and that’s part of its charm! Here are a few things that might make your art uniquely yours:

  • Natural Wood Variations: Woodgrain patterns differ from board to board, and you might notice small bumps, dents, or knots—these are part of the wood’s natural character.

  • Handmade Details: Our vinyl accents are applied by hand, so edges might look slightly uneven up close. It’s a sign of the human touch behind your piece.

  • Shipping Wear: We pack each artwork with protective paper and sturdy packaging, but minor scratches (often barely noticeable) can happen during transit despite our best efforts.

These quirks are what make your wall art special, not defects, and we hope you’ll embrace them as part of the handmade experience.

When Can You Return Your Order?

We’re happy to accept returns if something’s not right, as long as:

  • It’s been less than 30 days since your purchase.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

What Can’t Be Returned?

Every skateboard art is custom-made using our art, there are a few exceptions where returns aren’t possible:

  • Items personalized or tailored to your specifications.

  • Products that, by their nature, can’t be resold (like items that spoil quickly or have an expired date—not that your art will expire, of course!).

  • Goods unsealed after delivery where hygiene or health concerns apply.

  • Items that have been mixed or combined with other objects after delivery.

If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, we may need to kindly decline it at our discretion—but we’ll always explain why.

How to Return Your Order

If you need to send something back, here’s how it works:

  • Shipping Costs: You’ll cover the cost and responsibility of getting the item back to us. We suggest using a tracked and insured service for peace of mind, as we can’t be responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back.

  • Return Address: Please send it to the same address listed on your original shipping label.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your return (or proof of its delivery), we’ll process your refund. We can’t issue one until the item’s safely back with us.
